The Marrs Bar is set to host an evening of bold, genre-spanning talent on Saturday, 12th July, headlined by rising indie rock outfit CIARS, and special guests Red Swan and Redskies.
Known for blending infectious choruses with dynamic guitar solos and a sound that nods to the likes of Sam Fender, Catfish and the Bottlemen, and Jimi Hendrix, CIARS are carving out a distinctive space in the UK live circuit. Their reputation for delivering high-energy sets makes this headline performance a notable date in the Midlands music calendar.
Supporting are Red Swan, an alternative shoegaze act from Gloucestershire whose atmospheric soundscapes add a welcome contrast to the bill, and Redskies, a hard-hitting rock band drawing influence from Cleopatrick, Dead Poet Society, and Queens of the Stone Age. With new material on the horizon, Redskies bring an edge of anticipation and originality that’s sure to resonate.
