Night Swimming headline The Victoria, Birmingham, on Wednesday, 24th September, weaving shimmering dream-pop soundscapes with the ethereal melodies of early Wolf Alice and Slowdive, underpinned by the minimalist undertones of Portishead and Massive Attack. Formed in Bath, Somerset, the quartet’s lush guitars and cloud-like vocals transport listeners into a world where melody and mood intertwine, promising a transcendent live experience.
Special guests St Cecilia bring their shoegaze-tinged ambient folk to the stage, having impressed audiences across Birmingham, Moseley, and Wolverhampton since their 2024 debut. The five-piece conjures immersive atmospheres inspired by Cocteau Twins and Slowdive, channelling emotive textures and intricate harmonies with unwavering intensity.
Opening the night is Bo Bardot, often likened to a female Jeff Buckley. Performing a special acoustic set, Bo showcases hauntingly pure vocals and intimate songwriting that pierce straight to the heart.
