Bromsgrove Community Arts, the Charitable Incorporated Organisation which has been running the re-opened Arts Centre since last year, is delighted to announce that it has been granted a lease from the Artrix Holding Trust, which owns the building, until December 31st, 2027, thus giving it security of tenure until then.
Since its re-opening in April 2024, the number of organisations wanting to book Artrix for their productions and meetings has grown steadily, as those who used it previously and enjoyed it as a performance space realise that it is open once again, and many other other local and national organisations have become aware of its excellent facilities.
It operates now as a “Hire Only“ venue i.e it is up to the Hirers to promote their shows, although the tickets can be bought via the Artrix Website, which shows all the forthcoming Events, and there is a Quarterly Brochure of “What’s On at Artrix“, produced and distributed locally.
Artrix wants also to develop into hosting Conferences and Meetings, as it did successfully in the past, and the sizes of the the five different spaces in the building, plus the adjacent free Car Park, make it an ideal location.
