The Victoria hosts an evening of atmospheric indie, dream‑pop textures and emerging Midlands talent as Constant Smiles headline on Tuesday 10th March, joined by brnswck and Reuben Lovett.

New York’s Constant Smiles have carved out a singular space in the world of ambient‑leaning indie pop. What began as an ever‑shifting collective of conceptual ideas has evolved into a fully realised project, culminating in their Felte Records debut Moonflowers, a subtle, slow‑burning masterpiece described by Fred Thomas as “songs that are nearly transparent but still somehow heavier than a mountain.”

Constant Smiles – Harriman

Their sound blends subdued acoustic instruments, soft electronics, understated strings and delicate performances, creating an atmosphere that feels instinctive and quietly overwhelming. Live, Constant Smiles tap into a sense of stillness filled with movement: intimate, immersive and emotionally resonant.

Main support comes from brnswck, an alternative dream pop artist crafting hazy, melodic soundscapes that shimmer with texture. Expect lush production, soft edges and a set that drifts between introspection and brightness.

Opening the night is West Midlands songwriter Reuben Lovett, whose “folk rock that refuses to be put in a box” blends classic storytelling with modern edge. His songs move between tenderness and grit, offering a grounded and heartfelt start to the evening.

A beautifully curated Tuesday night of ambient pop, dream washed indie and genre bending folk rock, perfect for anyone drawn to atmospheric, emotionally rich live music.
