‘WU-TOWN COLLAB’ – in association with ‘Project33’
18th of July 2026 7-10pm
Spin the Black Circle, Worcester
Good times and friendly vibes
Are you a creative? Or just enjoy friendly spaces, music and art? Then join us at the ‘Wu-Town Collab’ event at ‘Spin the Black Circle – Worcester.
The man behind the collab is Ben Obi came up with the idea after moving back to Worcester who said
‘I knew there was so much talent in the city, but it felt separated. I was looking for a social space to meet and collaborate with other creatives who loved making art and expressing their ideas. Then I thought, let’s do it ourselves!’
There will be musicians playing live sets, artists like photographers and painters and a local business in the process of setting up her own art space in the city.
‘We all hate the word “networking” it feels like it takes the human connection out of the evening. So, we’re setting up a “collaboration station” where you can write down your artist socials/emails and a short description of what you do or what type of medium you’d love to collab with. After the event, we’ll share the consented contacts so that you can start your next project with a group of like minded people! ‘
All of this…. AND ITS FREE!
If you get your ticket online before the event, then it’s free to enter. If not, it’s a pay what you can donation on the door to cover some of the costs of running the evening.
This is because art should be for everyone and this is to help get the creative community in Worcester moving! So, come with your mates, on your own, bring your nan, either way, we hope to see you there!
And if you’re worried about missing the world cup kick off – don’t be! We’re wrapping up around kick off time and pulling down the projector so you can have a pint and watch the game with your new mates!
