A night of immersive dream‑pop, atmospheric indie rock and emotionally rich songwriting arrives at The Victoria on Wednesday 4th November as Night Swimming headline, joined by special guests Goodbye.

Bath-based five-piece Night Swimming have quickly established themselves as one of the UK’s most compelling alternative acts, crafting cinematic soundscapes that blur the boundaries between dream‑pop, shoegaze and indie rock.

Drawing influence from artists such as Cocteau Twins, Slowdive, The Cure and Radiohead, while embracing the contemporary emotional depth of Wolf Alice, Daughter, Just Mustard and Warpaint, the band create music that feels both expansive and deeply personal.

Night Swimming – Live at Bam Bam Studios

At the heart of Night Swimming’s appeal is their ability to pair rich atmosphere with emotional honesty. Their songs drift between shimmering textures, driving rhythms and moments of striking vulnerability, creating a sound that they have come to describe as “dreampunk”, a blend of dreamlike beauty and post‑punk urgency that has attracted growing praise from audiences and critics alike.

The band’s momentum continues to grow following their signing to Venn Records, a partnership that reflects both their creative ambition and rising profile. On stage, they have steadily built a reputation through appearances at Dot To Dot Festival, Wanderlust and Left Of The Dial, alongside tours with Miki Berenyi, Pale Blue Eyes, Heartworms, bdrmm, Coach Party and The Orielles.

Joining them are Brighton and Hove outfit Goodbye, whose blend of alternative rock and dream‑pop provides the perfect accompaniment to the evening. Known for combining hazy textures, melodic songwriting and expansive arrangements, the five‑piece create music that is both introspective and uplifting, adding another layer of atmosphere to an already captivating lineup.

A Wednesday night packed with dream‑pop shimmer, indie‑rock intensity and cinematic soundscapes awaits at The Victoria. For fans of music that feels transportive, emotional and beautifully crafted, this is a bill not to miss.

Advance Tickets are available, and are highly reccommended.
