Tewkesbury Record Fair November 2025

Our Record Fairs, far from being taxing, promise an easy- going day out with a roster of dealers, traders and sellers who have proved their worth at our Fairs and beyond. Rachel Reeves may be holding her “financial doodlings” close to her chest but we are transparent about the inveterate characters, middle-aged obsessives and grey-haired delinquents that populate our events – the resulting ambience is both agreeable and relaxed. With no discernible red flags…

The red despatch box being held aloft on November 26^th will contain secrets, which are nothing compared to the vinyl secrets contained in the boxes flexing the tables on the last Sunday of November – at the Wheatpieces Community Centre. As usual we will deliver a spectrum of vinyl for YOU the hard-working people of Britain; from obscure 70s rock albums, to 80s classics, to rarer 90s albums you didn’t realise you wanted and lots more besides! Of course, we will offer nearly as many promises as the opposition party’s manifesto in the form of popular and arcane CDs. For those of you who enjoy reading, as much as Victoria Derbyshire enjoys her political interviews, we will be offering a range of music related literature.

The “highly renowned” Institute of Fiscal Studies may be poring over the state of the nation’s laughable and complicated tax system; undeterred we make the vinyl buying system fairer by pricing at market value or below. Expect pocket money prices or prices that will have you questioning the need to pay bills, buy food, pay off your loan shark or simply invest in vinyl?

On the day, there will be no drama, no leadership battles and your balance sheet at the end of the day will simply state: “What a great way to spend a few agreeable hours.”
