Happy belated New Year from all here at team Slap! This, our first issue of 2012, also marks our first anniversary.
As we go to press we raise a glass to more good news: our facebook page has now reached over a thousand ‘likes’, another milestone for Slap. From next month plans are taking shape for a forage into Herefordshire as we team up with the web based ‘Circuit Sweet’ who are keen to have Slap available and supporting our neighbouring County and their efforts to revitalise the dormant live scene there.
Thanks once again to all our contributers who kindly give up their time to help promote the Art and Music scene around the County. Apologies to all the bands and artists who email and send in demos, promos etc. Despite our best efforts, time and copy space are sometimes against us but please keep us informed and we will endeavour to cover as much as possible in the coming months.
