A night of visceral synth intensity, cinematic electronic rock, and emotionally charged performance arrives at Drummonds on Thursday, 11th June, as Jess Brett headlines, joined by special guests White Noise Cinema.

Berlin‑based Worcestershire native Jess Brett is an artist who performs at full emotional voltage. Her music, a striking fusion of new wave, post‑punk attitude, and shadowy synth textures, thrives on contrast: strength and fragility, despair and defiance, pain and euphoria. Driving arpeggios, melancholic melodies, and her unmistakably powerful voice form the backbone of songs that feel both confessional and cathartic.

On stage, Jess is a force of nature. Her performances burn with an intensity that feels almost combustible, as if each show might be her last. Themes of mental struggle, longing, and existential weight run through her work.

Like The Weather – Jess Brett

Since relocating to Berlin in 2024, she has quickly become a standout presence in the city’s underground scene, even supporting John Maus last summer, with new material generating international buzz.

Worcestershire’s White Noise Cinema bring their widescreen, dark‑edged electronic rock to the bill. A five‑piece known for blending guitars, programmed textures, brass, choirs, and muscular rhythm, they create songs that feel cinematic without losing grit.

After a long hiatus, their return with 2025’s ‘Tell Me I’m Wrong’ and ‘For Every Drop An Ocean’, followed by 2026’s ‘More Than Us’, marks a new era of sharper production, bigger emotion, and bold independence.

A Thursday night packed with synth‑driven fire, atmospheric rock, and emotionally fearless performance that’s perfect for anyone drawn to music that hits hard, digs deep, and refuses to look away.
